SOUP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut asparagus
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 c. chopped green onion (tops also)
2 c. Coffee Mate
1/4 c. rice
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
3 diced potatoes
2 diced carrots
46 oz. can chicken broth

Brown onions until golden in butter. Add chicken broth and bring to boil. Add Coffee Mate, potatoes, carrots, rice and salt. Bring to boil. Simmer 15 minutes. Add spinach and asparagus. Simmer 45 minutes.
