HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. diced cooked chicken
3/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
3/4 c. cream of chicken or Golden mushroom soup
2 c. chopped celery
4 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 pimentos cut up, optional

Combine all the above ingredients together.

TOPPING INGREDIENTS:

1 c. crushed potato chips or dry stuffing mix
2/3 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/3 c. slivered almonds

Combine topping ingredients together. Put chicken mixture into large (13 x 9) shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with topping mixture. Chill several hours or overnight. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings. Good hot or cold.
