ELDERBERRY PIE 
3 c. elderberries
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. or pint sour whipping cream
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix flour and sugar together. Add rest of ingredients. Put into unbaked crust. Bake at 450 degrees until crust is brown. Reduce heat to 400 degrees about 450 minutes in all. A two crust pie.
