3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 c. raw chopped apples
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt

Beat eggs, sugar, cooking oil, and remaining ingredients except apples. Mix well. Add apples. Mix. Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. melted butter
Bit of confectioners sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
Vanilla

Mix and spread.
