CHOCOLATE OATMEAL PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 unbaked 9" pie crust

Beat eggs about 3 minutes. Continue beating while adding sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter and vanilla. Stir in coconut, oats and chocolate chips. Pour into crust. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes. Pie is very dark. Cool completely.
