STEAK - POTATO CASSEROLE 
Salt, pepper, and dredge in flour 10-12 pieces cubed steak. Fry until lightly brown. Place steak in large, flat, covered dish. Peel and slice 4-5 large potatoes (thin slices) and layer on top of steak. Slice a large onion and layer on top of potatoes.

Make 1 package of Sauer's mushroom gravy mix; cook until heated thoroughly and pour over casserole. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

(I use 3 cups of water to make the mix.)
