BEST-EVER MEATBALLS 
5 bread slices
1 c. milk
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water

Cube the bread slices into 2 cup measuring cup. Add milk and set aside.

Combine ground beef, chopped onion, eggs lightly beaten, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Whip bread and milk mixture then add to ground beef and mix well.

Shape into balls and place in microwave dish. Microwave on high about 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Drain. Pour soup and water over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
