BEEF BISCUIT ROLL 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water

Brown onion, green pepper and beef. Add seasonings. Make a regular biscuit dough and roll out. Spread with meat mixture and roll up like a jelly roll. Chill. Cut into 1 1/2" slices. Place on greased pan, cut side up. Brush top with melted butter.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with brown gravy, cheese sauce or creamed peas. Serves 5 to 6.
