BAPTIST PIE 
2 graham cracker crusts
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. can crushed pineapples, drained

Mix pineapples and oranges together; beat well with mixer or put in blender a few seconds. Add 1 cup Eagle Brand milk and 1/4 cup lemon juice.

Mix well and then fold in 1 (9 ounce) carton Cool Whip. Pour mixture into crusts and garnish with 3/4 cup chopped pecans or English walnuts. Chill 2 hours before serving. (For extra flavor, small amounts of coconut can be added to orange pineapple mixture; also a little sprinkle of coconut on top with the nuts.)
