AUNTIE JO'S CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
2 sq. bittersweet chocolate
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract

In top of double boiler, melt chocolate squares over boiling water. Add 1 tablespoon butter and 1/3 cup boiling water. Stir until blended. Add sugar slowly, stirring often. Add corn syrup and vanilla. Stir until blended and somewhat thickened. Great topping for ice cream, brownies, dip for strawberries.
