NEW YORK CHEESECAKE 
6 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 eggs, separated
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Soften cream cheese; cream with sugar, vanilla, and egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff; gently fold into cream cheese mixture. Bake in good size pan (40 to 45 minutes) at 350 degrees.

SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Spoon over cheese cake when done. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes.

Graham Cracker Crust: Depending on size of pan, approximately mix 3 cups graham cracker crust mix with 1 stick melted butter and press into pan.
