PEACH COBBLER 
Filling:

2 cups sugar
2 sticks butter
1 quart peaches

Cook together until sugar and butter melt.

Crust:

1 cup flour
1/3 cup shortening
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk

Mix and roll out. Cut into strips. Reserve liquid to put on top of strips. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
