2 pkgs. Jiffy cake mix, white
2 cans apple pie filling
butter
Cinnamon

In a large microwaveable bowl, empty 1 can apple pie filling. Cover with 1 package cake mix. Cover with pats of butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Repeat with one more layer. Cover and microwave on high for 12 minutes, turning once. Serve with ice cream.

For oven, bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

NOTES: Raisins can be added to this recipe. Chocolate cake mix and cherry pie filling can also be used. You can cut the recipe in half and microwave for only 8 to 9 minutes. Keeps well in refrigerator.
