GREEN TOMATO PIE 
6 c. green tomatoes
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
Flour & water to thicken like gravy
Raisins (opt.)

Cut tomatoes in small pieces. Cook all ingredients until tomatoes are done. Mix flour and water to thicken like gravy and stir into hot mixture. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Put on top crust and bake until done. You can cook mixture, let cool and freeze for pies in winter.
