SPAGHETTI WITH STIR FRIED
VEGETABLES
 
Cooked spaghetti
1 c. diagonally cut carrots
1 med. onion, sliced
2 c. broccoli florets
1/4 lb. mushrooms
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. crushed red peppers
1 c. water

While spaghetti is cooking prepare vegetables as follows.

In large skillet heat oil. Add carrots and onion. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Add broccoli and mushrooms and cook about 2 minutes.

In a cup combine cornstarch, soy sauce, pepper and water. Stir into stir-frying vegetables.

Place hot cooked spaghetti in serving dish. Add vegetable mixture. Toss.
