FLOATING TACOS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
3 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. Minute rice, cooked
1 c. pinto beans
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin

Brown beef and add all other ingredients. Simmer 40 minutes.

DRESSING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic powder

Blend well.

To serve: Put Frito corn chips on plate, top with beef mixture. Add your choice of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, green onions and avocados. Pour dressing over all.
