QUICK AND EASY CURRY 
1 can "cream" soup - celery, potato, mushroom
1/2 tsp. curry
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder or 1/3 c. frozen, chopped onion
2/3 c. milk
Meat to serve 3-4 (beef, lamb, chicken, meatballs, whole eggs)
Dash cayenne pepper, if desired

In medium saucepan, mix soup and spices; add milk and simmer about 10 minutes. Add meat. Serve with rice with peanuts and raisins as condiments.
