1 cake mix any flavor (NOT BUTTER RECIPE)
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil

Mix by hand and pat evenly in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

Beat:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. powdered sugar

Spread evenly on top of cake. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until cheese mixture is set.
