CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
1 graham cracker crust
1 1/2 c. milk
1 env. unflavored gelatin
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
Optional garnish: Whipped topping and strawberries dipped in dark chocolate

In saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over milk. Let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. Add chocolate and continue cooking, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted; stir in vanilla.

Cool 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds when dropped from spoon. Fold in whipped topping. Turn into prepared graham cracker crust. Garnish with whipped topping and strawberries dipped in dark chocolate if desired. Chill 4 hours.
