LOW-CAL DESSERT | |
16 (2 1/2 inch sq.) graham crackers 1/4 c. butter 1 (8 oz.) carton Weight Watchers cream cheese or Philadelphia Light 1/4 c. sugar or 4 pkgs. Equal 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip 1 pkg. diet vanilla pudding 1 pkg. diet chocolate pudding (I use Jello brand) Make a crust of the butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press into 11x7 inch baking dish. Mix cream cheese, sugar or Equal and 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Spread over crackers. Make each package of pudding with 1 1/2 cups of milk and cook until thickened. (You may use instant pudding -- I did). Spread chocolate over cream cheese mixture. Spread vanilla over chocolate, spread rest of Cool Whip over pudding. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 8 servings. |
