STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
15-20 mushrooms
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. sherry

STUFFING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 can crab
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 drops Tabasco sauce
3 tbsp. white wine
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
Seasoning salt (optional)

Blanch and marinate mushrooms in soy sauce, sesame oil and sherry for 30 minutes in refrigerator, stirring every 5-10 minutes. Stuff with mixture of cream cheese, crab, mayonnaise, Tabasco, white wine and powdered sugar. Season to taste with salt and pepper or seasoning salt.
