CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. cabbage
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 can cream of celery soup
10 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 stack Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter, melted

Cook cabbage in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain well. Cool. Mix milk, mayonnaise or salad dressing, soup (undiluted) and cheese together. Mix crackers and melted butter. Line bottom of baking dish with 1/2 cracker mixture. Add drained cooled cabbage. Pour other mixture over cabbage; add rest of cracker mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until crackers are browned and mixture is bubbly.
