LEMON CHEESE CHIFFON 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. ice cubes
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Combine Jello, sugar, and boiling water in blender. Cover and blend at low speed until Jello is dissolved, about 1 minute. Add ice and stir until partially melted. Add cheese; cover and blend at high speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into individual glasses or serving bowl. Chill until set, about 30 minutes. Top with canned pie filling or fresh or drained canned fruit, if desired. Makes 2 1/2 cups or 5 servings.
