BAKED SALMON SUPREME
4-5 slices salmon
Salt, pepper & flour
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. white wine, dry
1 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. dried dill
2 tsp. instant minced onion or 1/4 c. chopped raw onion
1 tbsp. green chili, chopped (optional)

Season salmon. Dredge lightly in salt, pepper and flour mixture. Brown both sides quickly in butter; remove skin. Place salmon in shallow baking dish. Add wine and cover. Bake in hot 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.

Blend all other ingredients; top salmon with sour cream mixture. Continue baking uncovered until fish is done and topping glazed, about 15 minutes or less depending on thickness of salmon pieces.
