BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
6 onion slices (med. size)
6 lemon slices
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
Salt

Salt pork chops to taste. Place in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle each chop with 1 tablespoon brown sugar; place 1 onion slice and 1 lemon slice on each chop. Mix ketchup and water and pour over chops. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, basting occasionally. Cover with foil while baking.
