1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (opt.)
1/4 c. flaked coconut
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cottage cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in undrained pineapple, walnuts and coconut. Fold in whipped cream, blend well. Pour into lightly oiled 5 cup mold. Chill until set.
