POCKET TACOS 
2 lb. ground chuck
1 sm. bag frozen corn
1 pkg. pita bread
12 oz. pkg. shredded cheese
1 tsp. garlic
Salt and pepper
1 chopped onion
1 tomato, diced
Lettuce, shredded
Salsa

Brown meat, drain fat, add taco seasoning, corn, garlic, salt, and pepper. Simmer about 15-20 minutes. Chop onion, tomato, and lettuce. Put in bowls for garnish. Cut pita bread in half fill 1/3 full with meat mixture, sprinkle with cheese, put in microwave or oven to melt cheese, then garnish with onion, tomato, and salsa.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
