SWEDISH SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. beef bouillon
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. light cream or sour cream

Set dial on electric skillet to 250 degrees. (Can use conventional skillet or pan.) Melt butter in pan, add flour and blend. Add bouillon and cook until thickened, turning heat to simmer once mixture starts to boil. Add sugar and cream. Stir well until thoroughly heated.
