2 chickens, cut in pieces
1 jar apricot preserves
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian or 1000 Island dressing

Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken in pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
