BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat
2 cans tomatoes
2 lg. potatoes, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook meat until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are done. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
