SAVORY CRESCENT SQUARES 
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. onion or chives
1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter until smooth. Add chicken, salt, pepper, milk, onion or chives and mix well. Separate crescent dinner rolls into 4 rectangles, seal perforations. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mix onto center of each rectangle; pull 4 corners of dough to center of mix; seal. Brush tops with 1 tablespoon melted butter sprinkled with 1/2 cup flavored bread crumbs. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Serves 4.

Substitute leftover turkey, if desired.
