SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes
2 med. onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper

Parboil potatoes. Peel and slice potatoes. Alternate potatoes and onions, sliced thin. Mix cream of mushroom soup with a little milk and pour over potatoes and onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes in an 8"x8" Pyrex dish. Serves 6.
