DOUBLE LEMON (OR ORANGE) SALAD | |
2 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon or orange gelatin 5 c. boiling water 1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemon or orange concentrate 1 (12 oz.) carton frozen dessert topping, thawed In mixer bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in concentrate. Chill several hours or until nearly set. Beat with electric mixer until frothy. Stir in dessert topping, blend well. Brush sides of 10 inch tube pan with mayonnaise. Add gelatin mixture. Cover, chill overnight. Unmold. |
