SKILLET COOKIES 
1 can Angel Flake Coconut
3/4 c. sugar
2 whole eggs
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. dates, chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs well and add sugar. Melt butter in iron skillet. Blend in sugar and eggs; add dates (chopped fine) and cook for 10 minutes or until dates are well blended with sugar mixture. Remove from fire; add pecans, vanilla and Rice Krispies. Form in small balls and roll in coconut. Makes about 5 to 6 dozen cookies. (Keeps well in air tight covered container.)
