VEAL MARSALA 
2 lbs. veal chunks
1 bottle Marsala wine
1 box fresh mushrooms
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. oil
Salt and pepper to taste

In frying pan put oil, 1/2 chopped onion, and 1 pound veal. When veal is light brown, add 1/2 mushrooms and 1/2 wine. Simmer approximately 15 minutes; serve.

Save other 1/2 of onion, wine, mushrooms, and 1 pound of veal for another pot. Do not put more than 1 pound in pan at a time. Each pound serves 2 people.
