BBQ CHICKEN 
1 med. onion, diced
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard (dry)
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
3 lb. chicken, cut up

Mix everything together. Grill: Precook chicken about 1/2 done. Place on grill, cover with sauce - turn cover again until sauce is used up. Oven: At 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover chicken with sauce.
