FIFTEEN BEAN SOUP 
1 pkg. fifteen beans
1 pkg. hot Italian turkey sausage (frozen roll)
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced (optional)
1 c. celery, diced (optional)
1 or 2 bay leaves (optional)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can stewed tomatoes

Soak beans. Cook beans, onions, bell pepper, celery, bay leaves all together. Approximately 45 minutes before beans are done, slice and fry sausage. Cut into quarters; add sausage bits, Rotel and stewed tomatoes and simmer another 30 minutes. Remove bay leaves and serve.
