SURPRISE BALLS 
2 boxes Nabisco butter flavor cookies
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated (beaten yolk)
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 (7 oz.) coconut

Cream butter and sugar and beaten egg yolks. Add nuts, plus drained pineapple. Beat egg whites stiff. Fold in other mixture. Refrigerate 4 hours to make filling creamy to spread.

Separate cookies, spread creamy filling over top of first cookie.

Top with second cookie.

Spread creamy filling over top of second cookie. Top with third cookie.

One surprise ball.

Spread evenly all cookies with Cool Whip top and sides. Top with coconut. Freeze. Take out of freezer 5 minutes before serving.
