POTATO SALAD 
6 lg. potatoes
5 or 6 eggs
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
3/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 lemon
1/4 c. French dressing
3 tbsp. catsup
3 tsp. mustard
Salt and pepper

Boil and peel potatoes and eggs. Remove yolks of egg and mash with a fork. Add French dressing, catsup, mustard, salt, pepper, and juice of 1/2 lemon to the yolks and stir to form a paste. Set aside.

Cut potatoes into chunks and add the celery, bell peppers, and onion. Add remaining juice of other half of lemon. Blend the egg yolk paste and chopped egg whites to potatoes. Add mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste.
