STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Remove stems from mushrooms; chop and save stems. Cook sausage. Remove from pan. Using 2 tablespoons of sausage drippings, cook mushroom stems for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sausage, bread crumbs and cheese. Fill mushrooms with mix. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees.
