1 box (1 lb.) rotini macaroni spiral, cook as directed
2 carrots, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped

DRESSING:

1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise, must be this brand
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar (white)

Mix dressing together with beater. Pour over cold macaroni. Can be made a day ahead.
