CURRIED TURKEY AND RICE 
1/2 c. diced celery
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped turkey
1 2/3 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. uncooked rice

Cook celery, onions, and almonds in butter for 2-3 minutes. Add rice and brown lightly. Add raisins, curry powder, and broth. Bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Add turkey. Heat and serve.
