IMPOSSIBLE TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 1/4 oz. canned milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
3 eggs
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Saute onions; add browned beef, drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in 10-inch skillet. Sprinkle with chilies. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour over meat. Top with tomatoes and cheese. "Bake" on top of stove 20 minutes on medium heat, or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
