2 egg whites Pinch salt Pinch of cream of tartar Beat together until fluffy. SLOWLY add 3/4 cup of sugar. Beat well until stiff. Fold in 1 package (10 ounces) mint chocolate chips. Add green food coloring. Drop mixture by teaspoon onto cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and TURN OFF. Put cookies in oven for 4 hours or overnight. |
