PORK CHOP DINNER 
8-10 pork chops
1 can beef broth
(or cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup mixed with 1 can of water)
8-10 slices Velveeta cheese
5 potatoes
1 lg. onion

Brown chops. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Slice cheese over the chops. Slice onion over the cheese. Slice potatoes over the onions. Pour soup or beef broth over entire dish. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 400 degrees. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
