CHICKEN RO-TEL | |
1 chicken 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese 1 c. rice Boil and de-bone chicken. Grate cheese. Place all ingredients in large covered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Some of the chicken broth may be added if casserole becomes too dry. |
