FRESH FRUIT COBBLER 
3 c. fresh peaches
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange sliced fresh peaches in 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle with mixture of next 3 ingredients. Dot with butter. Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add next 3 ingredients and stir thoroughly with a fork and drop by spoonfuls to cover surface of fruit. Bake 25-30 minutes.
