MINISTRY CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. new potatoes, boiled with skins
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 pkg. Canadian bacon or sliced ham
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cut up potatoes leaving skins on and place in a buttered casserole dish. Layer green beans on top of that. Slice ham or bacon and place on green beans (if using bacon, broil first). Mix together soup, sour cream and cheese and top all of the layers. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly (about 30 minutes.)
