BARBECUE CHICKEN 
10 chicken halves
1/2 lb. butter
1 pt. vinegar
1 tsp. water
4 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper

Put chicken on grill. When juice is starting to bubble in chicken start spraying on sauce. When making sauce melt butter and add remaining ingredients. Spray or brush sauce on both sides frequently which helps to keep chicken moist. Keep sauce hot but do not boil.
