1 pkg. seasoned coating mix for chicken
1/4 tsp. salt
4 unpeeled potatoes, cut in 1 inch wedges
Melted butter

Pour coating mix and salt in plastic or paper bag. Dip potatoes in melted butter. Shake in bag. Place potatoes on well-greased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.
